Jeannie’s goal is helping clients achieve financial independence through providing comprehensive wealth management. She is a St Louis area native and Cardinal’s fan. She graduated from St Louis University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, utilizing research skills in industry before launching a second career in 2010 in finance as co-founder and Portfolio Manager of Convergent Wealth. The firm merged with Mercer Advisors in 2022. She holds the FINRA Series 65 License and is a Notary Public who partners with clients in helping them gain financial confidence. She specializes in creating strategies for business owners, planning through career changes & strategies for highly compensated individuals. Jeannie has served as POA for family members and understands the planning challenges facing the ‘sandwich generation’. She is active in Firm Foundation’s inner-city tutoring, and serves on the board of directors of ReThink 3:15 as finance chair.

John began his career in the financial services industry with an administrative position at Stifel Nicolaus in 1987. He has held progressively more responsible positions in corporate America including a position at an international accounting firm and has also held adjunct teaching position. In 2010, he co-founded Convergent Wealth Management, a fee-only wealth management firm which was acquired by Mercer Advisors in 2022. John specializes in accounting and incorporates tax optimization with financial recommendations and planning. John attributes his success to his focus on understanding his clients’ needs and developing solutions for their economic freedom. Away from the office John enjoys time with his 3 sons and 6 grandchildren, as well as hiking, bicycling and tennis. He is also active in mentorship ministry at his church.

Nick began his career in the financial services industry after graduating from Missouri State University with a bachelor's degree in finance. He has obtained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification and holds the FINRA Series 66 license. Before becoming part of Mercer Advisors in 2022, Nick honed his expertise by collaborating with various firms in southwestern Missouri, dedicating himself to assisting families and small businesses with their financial aspirations. Driven by personal growth and transformation, Nick has become a steadfast pillar of support and service for his clients. He illuminates their path, enabling them to navigate life's complexities with clarity, purpose, and unwavering focus on what truly matters. Beyond his professional endeavors, Nick finds solace in exploring the world with friends, honing his golf skills, and cherishing moments on the lake with his beloved family.

Greg brings nearly a decade of client service experience to the Chesterfield team. With a background in technology sales, he's energized by learning client goals and seeing them come to life. A St. Louis-area native, Greg graduated from Truman State University with a degree in marketing. He and his wife reside in Webster Groves, and they have a child arriving in late 2023. If not in the office, you can find Greg with friends and family, on a run, or rooting for the St. Louis Cardinals and Blues.

Lucas has been providing high-net worth families with investment management guidance, trust design, and comprehensive financial planning since 2014. As Regional Vice President, Lucas is responsible for introducing new and prospective clients to Mercer Advisors and enjoys mapping out holistic wealth management strategies that help clients achieve their economic freedom. Prior to Mercer Advisors, Lucas oversaw trust services at FIM Group, which he joined after serving as Vice President of Marketing and Sales for a software development company. Lucas earned his B.A. from Rockhurst University and M.A. from Creighton University. He holds CTFA® and CES® designations, in addition to a FINRA Series 65 license. Lucas lives in La Crosse, WI with his wife and their two young children.

Susan has over 25 years of customer service experience, enjoys problem solving and has mastered the resources to do so. She joined Mercer Advisors in April 2022 with the team at Convergent Wealth Management in Chesterfield, Missouri. Susan has a passion for helping clients meet their goals and provides exceptional customer service. She has learned that communication is vital to long standing client relationships and is gratified in seeing a client project through to completion. Susan is a native of St Louis and a Cardinals and Blues fan. She has been married for 20 years and has 2 children. When not at a sporting event for one of her Lindenwood college or high school youth athletes, she can be found enjoying a new restaurant in town with her husband or spending time with family and friends.

With an eye for detail and a penchant for problem-solving, Amanda strives to always support her team and be someone whom clients can rely on. Outside of work, she enjoys adventures with her husband, two stepdaughters, and two very troublesome cats.

Haiden’s experience and broad expertise contributes to her ability to identify complete solutions for clients. She continues to develop her passion for helping clients achieve their financial objectives and leads a team of service specialists providing high-quality customer service and elevated support to individuals and families. During non-business hours, Haiden can be found volunteering with local non-profit organizations, spending time outdoors, or spending time with friends and family.
